We ship worldwide. Any assessed Country of Import Customs taxes, duties, tariffs, as well as possible carrier broker fees are not included in the costs shown at the checkout. For USA orders, we now provide a Commercial Invoice and a USMCA Certificate of Origin for formal entry US Customs clearance.
While we do our part in preparing orders, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
All orders are shipped insured for the value of the items purchased. We package items securely and experience excellent delivery results. In the event your order arrives damaged, please send an email to: musicsprucecanada@shaw.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as received, in its original packaging.
RETAIL ORDERS
Shipping cost and estimated delivery time is provided during the check-out process. Actual ground delivery methods may now vary due to potential Canada Post strike action. Please include your civic address to ensure smooth courier delivery or email us a quick note that includes your order number if you can only receive orders shipped via the Postal Service.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
We work together with our wholesale clientele to arrange logistics. Details are typically arranged in-house at MSC on your behalf.
