For retail purchases, we offer a no-questions-asked return option up to 5 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. If you feel you need to return an order, it’s important to note the following:
- Contact us prior to shipping your return (click here).
- If our product contains a manufacturer defect, MSC will refund 100% of the purchase price.
- Returns sent for non-manufacturer defect reasons (i.e. subjective product characteristics), MSC will refund 60% of product purchase price.
- All returns are subject to our inspection. Inspection will occur within 5 days of receipt of returned product.
- Return shipping costs, insurance and packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser.
